-Chapter starts where last one ended, with Baek noticing Urek's group and thinking they must be the regulars from F2
-Later, Urek and Garam are watching the people of the city and Urek thinks making the population reach 0 is an easy task. Garam replies it's easy to him because he's probably thinking about killing all of them. Garam says they should meet the mayor first.
-Urek and Garam meet the mayor of the city, Encho. Encho says Leicester city has only had a mayor since 30 years ago and thanks to Garam's help. Before Garam got there the city had no proper laws and infrastructure, Garam helped with even urban planning and education and together with Encho made the city a place where people can find happiness.
Garam lets the mayor know about their test. Encho is bewildered at Garam's request to destroy the city for her climb, but Garam tells him that even if he doesn't cooperate the city will be in danger; the ruling class above requested this test because they don't like this city.
Garam asks Encho to help her solve this test peacefully, otherwise the whole city could be burned down.
Encho understands and says he'll notify the citizens immediately and hold a vote within 3 days about the city's future.
-Urek and Garam walk around the city and he tells her she didn't just sit on her hands for these 100+ years and has been busy for this city, she says she's not the type to stay still.
Garam tells Urek that the tests from floor 20 onwards become very difficult and on 20F there's a lot of people stuck who can't pass the test, but here it's different. People here didn't fail the test, it's where people not suited for tests and shouldn't have been selected to climb the Tower gather. Garam thinks they also deserve to live a proper life. Urek then asks if even after all of that, Garam will take away their city to climb and Garam answers that if it's to climb the Tower, she will.
On the speakers, Encho announces that the ruler of the floor has requested the closure of this city in max 1 week and they'll hold a vote to decide if they'll comply or not.
-At Urek's group's residence, Urek tells his companions about the vote in 3 days and that he promised to take action only after the voting results. Gogojung asks what will they do if the citizens refuse to leave, Urek guesses they'll have to make them leave, even by force if necessary. Urek leaves to go search for the nameless princess, while Gogojung is frustrated about Urek's "I can solve everything alone" attitude, especially because it's true.
-Urek and Garam are looking at the city to find the princess, when Encho calls Garam.
A citizen has been killed and with his blood they painted a message on the wall: "get out of this city or everyone will die".
Encho says this will have a negative impact on the vote and increase the citizens resistance.
Garam wonders who was the culprit, the people against the city or the nameless princess. Urek notices a peculiar mark on the floor.
-Later, the citizens are angry and shouting they won't leave. Meanwhile Urek found the crab dude and says it's him who killed the citizen, he could tell because the mark on the floor was done by his peculiar feet. Urek asks why would he do that and who is behind him.
Crab dude says it was an order andconfirms he's doing this to keep the nameless princess from passing the test.
Urek asks again who's behind him, but crab dude is scared to talk. Urek threatens him and tells him he'll tear off his shell and crab pulp, so the crab starts talking.
Meanwhile, Garam found the nameless princess and points her gun against her, asking if she was the one who killed the citizen.
The nameless princess avoids Garam's attack and cuts Garam with her sword, who falls on the ground.
The nameless princess escapes, while Garam from the ground sends some shinsoo to her leg to track her.
Crab dude says the nameless princess was born from pond water. About the one who gave the order, he doesn't know the exact details but he's the origin of all the water serpents in the Tower- the serpent that raises the Princesses.

We see a bunch of blue snakes somewhere that take human form into a man with silver hair and eyes and says "Where are you, princess?".
Crab dude says the one who ordered him isn't an ordinary snake, but then he starts writhing in pain. His eyes explode and he dies, with a blue snake coming out off one of his eyes and then disappearing.
Urek is disappointed one who had info he wanted died like this and then remembers about the electrical tracer Eduan put on his earring.
-In a forest outside the city, a thunder strikes down and Eduan appears from a portal, surprised because he didn't think Mazino would be the first to call.
Urek asks Eduan about that teleportation technique and Eduan says it's "space distortion" and Mazino should learn it. Eduan asks if Mazino called him to fight, but Urek replies no.
Urek says he has something to ask and if Eduan answers him they'll fight for real later.
Urek asks what being a princess of Zahard means. Eduan asks if Urek wants to know the dictionary knowledge or the unrecorded secrets. Urek says he wants the secrets, of course.
Eduan: "very well, a princess of Zahard is..."
