Start of the chapter is Yama vs Yasratcha. Yasratcha mentions how compared to the 10FHs and Zahard, Yama's dad and Yasratcha are just puny beings that are carried along by fate, and they mean nothing to them.
Yasratcha flashback starts here: This flashback takes place shortly after "the great war"(likely Genesis) when the aftershocks of the war were still continuing. Yasratcha and Wang Wang(will call him Wang) were Workshop experiments made at the request of someone. They combined human kids with animal genes. They attempted to identify the superior race, so the experiments went through several survival tests, killing each other etc. Yasratcha describes Wang as strong, with an emotionless face. Yasratcha said he and Wang avoided each other since they were both strong. The experiments that survived climbed the Tower to become regulars.
Wang and Yas met again as D class regulars, talked a bit. They mention how there were survivors stronger than them. Wang talks about how he joined teams, but couldn't adapt since he was different from them. Wang starts following Yas around, since Wang wanted to make a group with someone who's like him, and part of the animal genes inside him push him towards wanting to be in a group. Wang convinces Yasratcha to let him make a team with him by talking about how he has mastered doing laundry, cooking, administrations skills, and all types of chores you need while climbing the Tower(Like driving or being a bodyguard). They were a two man team, Wang did most of the work and fighting while Yas laid about.
Later, Yas asks Wang about his dream and how as subjects of the Workshop, once they become Rankers the Workshop will come to pick them up. Wang says his dream is to find an owner/master and serve him. Yasratcha thinks it's a crazy dream and tells him to wake up from his primitive instincts, and then says he likes climbing the Tower with Wang and that his dream will be to make Wang realize he doesn't need an owner.
Hundreds of years later, when they are A-rank regulars, some guy from the Workshop comes and says the person who invested in their research says that they should come to him if they pass the Ranker test. Yasratcha doesn't want to go to the owner, but Wang does. They argue about it, Yas says they will enslave you etc, but Wang doesn't care. Yas is heavily focused on his individual freedom btw. They go their separate ways.
That was the last time they saw each other as regulars. Yas says he went through several struggles/failures and eventually became a ranker. He ignored the Workshop, and made his own group. They became famous. A soldier from the Workshop came and killed his entire group, for ignoring the Workshop orders. Yasratcha was forced to go with him, and arrived at the LPB Main ship. We meet some new LPB Family member who has a red shishi Shinheuh, named Lo Po Bia Kirin(Giraffe, same word). A guy comes in with Wang on a leash, Yasratcha is pissed, but then Traumerei starts talking from a projector. He tells Yas that "You are my pet now". There is then a year timeskip, where Yas has been Traumerei's pet, running around and playing in the Cat Tower, acting like a pet cat. Wang meanwhile was fighting every day, in severe conditions and was unconditionally loyal to Traumerei. Yas had no loyalty.
Yas later visits Wang in a cell, once he's able to fully wander around the floating castle. He tries to convince Wang to escape with him, but Wang says no because he is happy like this and this is his dream. Yasratcha runs into another Workshop experiment, named Robbie(?). He received the blood of a lion, and he talks to Yas. He's pissed because the top animas of the LPB Family can control them, since they are part animal, but they can't control Wang, so that is why he's chained on a leash.
Yasratcha becomes more important in the family, taking a part in more decisions. At one point two branch heads were fighting, Yasratcha suggested to kill them both and Traumerei agreed with his suggestion. Wang created an army of canines, and both him and Yas gained more and more power, superior to that of the LPB Branch Families(Unsure if it's talking individual power or like overall influential power like their group is > a Branch).
POV swaps to the Middle Area, still a flashback. A combination of Zahard's Army and LPB Family forces are together to fight. Zahard has a hologram to watch the events. Yasratcha is fighting. They get to a volcano, it erupts, and some giant ancient species comes out of the volcano. Pudidy says that it's one of the strongest ancient species and it had a Slayer as a host(unsure if it currently does or it used to).
