Let's break it down, completely objectively. Cause I'm tired of seeing this nonsense for a couple weeks. Two major things that were involved in Zoro getting negged, Attack Power and Durability/Endurance.
Attack Power
I want to emphasize that King of Hell 3 Dragon Style Onigiri is something that would be very very very high in Kaidou's AP list.
-Remember Luffy while in base was taking the likes of amped Lightning Ragnaroks and bouncing back up. [1][2][3] this is a very high end move on Kaidou's part.
Now onto Zoro's attacks.
is what a CoCless Tatsumaki could do to Kaidou
- and Kaidou was forced to dodge a CoCless Hiryu Kaen
-This same tatsumaki against King
-When Zoro unlocked KoH, King who may still be invulnerable with flame on, was instinctually dodging KoH because how much of a boost Zoro received in AP [1][2]
This was a KoH 3 sword style Onigiri for what it's worth he used 3 dragon style against Imu who flicked it off with his tail.
So in conclusion, 99.99% of Kaidou's attacks get treated the exact same way by Imu. Make no mistake Zoro's damage dealing is cream of the crop top tier, it is no less than Kaidou's at the very least, at best it is significantly greater outside of Flame Dragon Torch.
Durability/Endurance
Now obviously this is where Kaidou has the clear advantage over Zoro. However I still want to point out how insane what Imu did to Zoro was given the following.
-Zoro was able to briefly halt Hakai
-Law a doctor confirmed Zoro damn near shattered every bone in his body, but he was not only able to continue fighting against Big Mom
- , but he followed it up by scarring Kaidou
-Even after all this Zoro took a free Thunder Bagua on the ground
- , and still remained conscious long enough to see Luffy get back up
Imu had the guy with endurance and pain tolerance of that ^ caliber in this state after a low effort booger shot
- , again Zoro without any deviation or break from having his bones shattered from hakai continued to fight, he never fell, yet this attack from Imu completely removed him from the equation and sent him for treatment.
This level of attack power is something far out of Kaidou's playing field. He was at the mercy of Oden's Togen Totsuka after a single attack.
While Kaidou does have better durability than Zoro, all Imu would have to do is scale up his attack from booger level to something more potent and it ends not too differently.
So in conclusion, Imu puts more effort into his attack but can still leave Kaidou in the same state with one attack just like he did Zoro.
Overall Verdict
AP wise Kaidou gets tail flicked exactly the same way as Zoro, durability wise Imu gives him a bigger stronger attack to put him on the floor like Zoro.
So all in all Kaidou would perform marginally better than Zoro against Imu.
The problem with the One Piece community is they want to downscale established characters with established feats and limits instead of scaling the unknown character appropriately. Zoro is Zoro, his feats don't just magically get washed away, it's simply Imu is just that strong. The One Piece community is ass backwards acting like Zoro is a fodder (to Imu yes), when Zoro objectively has Yonkou lvl + Attack Potency this is already an established fact.
